Students arrive in Singapore and are greeted with a warm welcome at Changi Airport—one of the world’s most sustainable and technologically advanced airports. After checking into the hotel, the group enjoys a guided orientation tour through the Marina Bay area, where sustainability and architecture blend seamlessly. An evening welcome dinner introduces the week’s learning goals and leadership challenges ahead.

Day 2 – Sustainable Urban Leadership at Gardens by the Bay

Begin the morning with a visit to Merlion Park, Singapore’s iconic symbol, where students capture their first “Singapore postcard moment” and learn about the city’s history and development. Following this, head to Gardens by the Bay for an immersive workshop exploring how Singapore creatively integrates nature into its urban landscape. Students learn about vertical gardens, climate-controlled ecosystems, and the role of innovation in preserving biodiversity. A guided tour through the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome highlights global plant species and climate solutions. Afternoon reflection circles encourage students to connect sustainability concepts to leadership values.

Today focuses on Singapore’s world-renowned water management model and its forward-thinking approach to environmental innovation. Students begin at Marina Barrage, a state-of-the-art dam that plays a vital role in flood control, water supply, and sustainable urban living.  In the afternoon, the group visits the ArtScience Museum, where cutting-edge digital exhibits and immersive installations reveal how art, technology, and sustainability intersect.  In the evening, students wander through a local Hawker Centre, one of Singapore’s most beloved street food destinations. They can sample a variety of iconic dishes—from satay to chili crab, while experiencing the vibrant local culture. The location is also famously featured in Crazy Rich Asians, making it a fun and memorable culinary experience that connects students to Singaporean heritage. 

Day 4 – Campus Visits: STEM, Creativity & Design Thinking

Experience a full day on campus at institutions such as Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) or Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Students tour innovation labs, design studios, and sustainability research centers. A leadership seminar led by university faculty or student leaders gives participants insight into how design thinking, engineering, and social innovation shape Singapore’s future. Evening free time allows students to explore the vibrant Bugis area.

Singapore’s global mindset is built on deep cultural understanding. Students spend the day exploring Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam to learn how multiculturalism drives social cohesion and innovation. Activities include a heritage scavenger hunt, tasting local foods, and visiting significant cultural sites. As evening falls, head to Clarke Quay, Singapore’s iconic riverside district. Students can enjoy dinner, snap photos along the vibrant waterfront, and soak in the lively atmosphere that blends culture, music, and night-scape views—an unforgettable highlight of the trip. 

Day 6 – Universal Studios & Sentosa Island Adventure

A fun, immersive day dedicated to teamwork, creativity, and global entertainment culture. Students explore Universal Studios Singapore, enjoying cinematic attractions that bring engineering, storytelling, and theme park design to life. Afterward, the group continues to Sentosa Island—Singapore’s premier resort destination—where they can enjoy beaches, scenic walks, and island attractions. This day strengthens group bonding, builds cultural awareness through shared experiences, and gives students a refreshing break from the academic program.

Students visit one of Singapore’s innovation parks, such as JTC LaunchPad or Fusionopolis, where they meet entrepreneurs and innovators leading the charge in clean energy, food sustainability, robotics, and smart mobility. Through interactive presentations and Q&A sessions, students gain exposure to real-world problem solving and emerging green technologies. In the evening, the group rides the Singapore Flyer for panoramic sunset views—celebrating their week of discovery.

Day 8 – Leadership Debrief, Certification & Departure

On the final morning, students participate in a Leadership Showcase where they reflect on key takeaways from the program and present their sustainability action ideas. Certificates of completion are awarded, recognizing each student’s growth in innovation, cultural awareness, and leadership. Transfer to Changi Airport for departure with new global perspectives and lifelong inspiration.

This program is designed for high school and college students who are eager to explore global leadership, innovation, and sustainability. It is ideal for students who want to develop critical thinking, cultural awareness, and real-world problem-solving skills in a teacher-led, immersive learning environment. 

Program Inclusions

A minimum of 15 students is required to run this teacher-led tour, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all participants. Students will enjoy a comprehensive, fully supported program,  including:
